1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products.

• Clearance or sale items.

• Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

• We will arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is verified.
